Sally Bonn & John Dutterer

Sally Bonn

Sally Bittner Bonn, originally from Rochester, New York, has been nurturing her poetic voice in San Diego for the last five years. The concrete details: Sally has a BFA in theatre from Syracuse Univerrsity, she has been involved in slam poetry at the national level, she is part of an artists' collective that puts on shows to benefit the community and she has just completed her second chapbook "Walking Woman." Sally likes to make things with her hands. She finds faith in the trees, honesty in the ocean, perseverance in the desert. She misses the cyclical nature of the seasons.

John Dutterer

John Dutterer grew up in a remote town northwest of Baltimore, MD. A high school creative writing class provided his introduction to writing poetry. (Topic of his first poem: the Apocalypse.) Over the following thirteen years he has written several hundred poems, two novellas, and a volume of short stories. John divides his time with playing guitar, painting, and building useless objects out of wood and metal.
