Kaaren Kitchell

Kaaren Kitchell just finished writing a book with her husband, Richard Beban, on Living Mythically, about the practical use of myth in your daily life. She & Richard have taught the seminar at the L.A. Jung Institute, Esalen & at UC Santa Cruz. She writes poems, stories & screenplays, and is starting the MFA program in fiction at Antioch in December. She & Richard present poetry workshops by various poetry stars in their home; the lucky participants get to meet their magnificent cat, Marley.
 

Linda Albertano

Linda J. Albertano is a musician, performance artist and poet who has unleashed her language on unsuspecting audiences in the US and Europe for more than two decades. She's been featured at the LA THEATER CENTER, The JOHN ANSON FORD, and the WADSWORTH, as well as BEYOND BAROQUE, the KNITTING FACTORY (LA and New York), London's OCTOBER GALLERY and other literary/spoken-word meccas.

Recognized "Best Female Performer-Poet" by the LA WEEKLY, she was among five poets chosen to represent Los Angeles in Amsterdam's ONE WORLD POETRY FESTIVAL. Her words are with those etched in concrete on the VENICE POET'S WALL which honors the literary history of Venice Beach, CA. Her CD "SKIN" is available on NEW ALLIANCE RECORDS. Currently, she's a member of the touring groups, NEARLY FATAL WOMEN and GYNOMITE!
